Well we are back on track now.

We have converted the box to a hydraulic clutch for a cleaner engine bay and easier pedal.

Fitted the rebuilt zf diff and fitted the box on to the engine.

The engine is now in th car but the bloody phone ran out of charge

i like it... rumour has it pug performance are doing a supercharger conversion using the rotrex c30-94 like rich has.. but replacing aircon pump at bottom of engine..

i'm loving the hydraulic conversion and would love some details an price pleaseBig grin

Fitted some new shocks today



Wired up all the gauges



My engine is now fitted and new front wheels and tyres are on




Ordering my Jenveys tomorrow and its going in for and exhaust in a couple of weeks

What rad are you running on the 205? Its a small looking bugger that would suit mine with TB'S. Looks a nice motor!!

where did you get the pipe for the top rad hose to thermostat housing?

No they are all silicone besides the top hose as they dont do a silicone for the 205 gti6

Any suggestions then because even Hi-spec cant fit a bigger brake behind the wheel and they have had it for 7 weeks

why dont you just get some 15" steelies atleast and have them white? would still look good and maintain a degree of standard look, but open up doors for brakes

also keen to find out about the top-hose!
