what down pipe do i use on this from the standard manifold ? will the 1.9 one fit on

Need to chop and weld the standard downpipe.

so chop the 1.9 down pipe a weld the end of the mi down pipe on ?

The best way to do it is grind the weld off the flange of the std 205 downpipe, take the flange off then chop about 2 inches off the downpipe. Then you want to offer up the dowpipe to the manifold with the flange just rested on loose and adjust the position of the downpie/flange till its a good fit to the manifold. When you get the downpipe in the right position tack weld the flange on in situ then weld it all back together. Big grin

The downpipe already fitted to my 1.6 was a perfect fit with a QEP reangled Mi16 manifold.
