just thought i'd add thats my pug home, matt from ecosse dropped it off the day Big grin

i got it started and was kind enough to let my neighbours hear me revving the tits off it Big grin
( which i must add sounds amazing )

it started 1st time then after that it struggled to start, once running its rev happy so i dont know whats up, matt thinks it was losing compression, didnt have time to take it for a wee spin tho...... any ideas?

yeh its sitting on its arse, i think it may be the head gasket thats away, the heaters wont heat up and the fluid in the radiator is bubbling out the top of the bottle after bout 10mins. i wasnt sure because it goes like f**K, lol. robert i'm just in bellshill Big grin

i'll try get a pic that shows how low it is Big grin

i also called masterparts but can someone tell me if its the fibre or metal headgasket i need.

the car has a full stainless and induction kit, so wen sorted would a de-cat, SS manifold, cam kit lightened flywheel and a re-map be ok?

cheers

The Turbo engine is odd, I;ve got one in a 205 and abit std bar being 2.1 and running Omex isn;t isn;t that great really as it run's out of puff to early due to the small turbo, But if you get a decent manifold, Different head and larger turbo you will see a easy 300bhp from one without too much money, Just watch the gearbox go bang thou!!
