Rose joints came from here;

http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/mcgillmotorsports/&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2754

compbrake is here and the pins from these wishbones,

http://www.compbrake.co.uk/Parts-by-Car-Manufacturer/Peugeot/205/PEUGEOT-205-WISHBONES-COMPLETE-PAIR/prod_3220.html

the pins are 16mm so fit early 306 hubs but come with some spacers which I machined to 18mm so the did the later hubs

or if you wanted I can make some for you?

Yeah track time is booked for FCS! I have got a race at Donnington later in the year so thought it would be a cheap way to practice there!

The trackday/test day all went well, driver and car both managed a 40min session without either over heating, brakes and tyres did fade towards the end but did do 40mins non stop whereas in the race I would have a pitstop so this would let both cool very slightly for a bit.

It was also quicker than the 205 Pugonda and the Anglia that the boys in the garage next door brought along so I was well happy with that!

All the pics are here so enjoySmile

Yeah standard brakes, with standard pads and discs, just dot 5.1 fluid so they did great to last the distance, though I think on a warmer day they may not so once they are worn out some uprated pads will be going in!

its a race car, no need for black masks or anything like that, the 4inch magnex end pipe has now been cut off as I hate it and its a bit noisey!

do it! a track car is all thats missing from your collection !!

quick update that the Magnex 4inch end pipe is no more, its been cut off and a smaller pipe fitted.

This is because 1, I hated it, 2, it melted the bumper and 3, it was a tad noisey with it there.

The smaller one has more of a racer look than the boyracer look! lol!
