alright one and all. I had too much stuff LOL in my glovebox before, so much so that it wouldn't open. I had to use a bit of manual force to get it open so now the plastic has broken on the latch (the bit that is at the top of the glovebox, not the door).

What do I do to replace that, can't see how its attached

That's one problem of the 306...
The glovebox is so small...

Have the same problem myself. I think you have to replace the whole thing!

About 4quid from peugeot iirc...

Need one myself after mine got broken into a while back, just keep forgetting, add that to my things to do tommorow list LOL

Replacing this bit took about 10 seconds! £4.70 I think. I only had to look at the new bit to see how it fitted

What bit broke?

I have broke my little plastic clip that sits in the dash and peugeot want about £700 for a dash because apparently they dont come seperate?

Blu tack to hold it shut?

You may have to roll and re-apply occasionally as it may loose its stickyness

    Doesnt work.....nor does tape, or sticky pads or double sided tape. Whistle

    Or paper jammed between the gap.

    I have a question, if i remove all the air con equipment from behind the glovebox can i fit one of the bigger 306 gloveboxes? or will the airbag still be in the way?

    Don't know about the air-con unit. As for the plastic bit, its the bit that is black plastic and sits in the middle of the top of the glovebox opening.

    Put a skinny screwdriver in at the bottom and lever it out towards you - it is held captive at the top.

    Its so easy to do - and as I say replacement is less than

    the estate, when we and woman were down edinb the cds got locked in that tiny wee glove box AC models have.... didnt have the right key for it

    i wasnt driving 200 miles home with same cd LOL
