Undo clip (A)

Unplug breather hoses (B ) to reveal hidden manifold bolt (I)

Disconnect throttle cable (C )

Disconnect plug (D)

Remove bolts (E) and (F)

Unplug vacuum hose (G)

Loosen hidden bolt (J) with a spanner and remove with fingers

Jack car up and remove bolt K from underneath

Remove all hex bolts and 13mm nuts holding the manifold to the head. If you don't have a deep enough 13mm socket, pull the fuel rail out slightly and use a spanner

Lift the front end of the manifold over the bracket from bolt (J) and pull out to reveal the old gasket

BEING VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DROP ANYTHING INTO THE CYLINDERS, remove the old gasket

Fit the PTFE gasket in place

Refit the manifold, ensuring it makes a good fit over the gasket

Replace all nuts & bolts

Reconnect hoses and plugs
