Looking at having a custom exhaust made up. Problem, flanges for the Cat are not available and would need to use flange from original - cutting off and either grinding or milling out remaining exhaust

Anywhere stock flange to fit

I think he is working on a custom cat-back system. Therefore, he needs the flange that is not the trumpet shaped one but the counterpart to fit an OEM cat.

oh that end, Clampco do sections that will fit.
