Standard size, 6 rib. Around the 400bhp mark - somewhere around 7800rpm ish.

My high boost made 380bhp at 7950rpm. The limit is there because over 8000rpm you need solid lifters.

380 ok fair enough so to make the 400 you would need more revs? But in turn your going to over spin the charger by 25% 126,339rpm if you Rev the engine too 8.200

To be fair, I just stuck to the proven and tried method - Rich W on here did all the calculations and it worked out well.

I am using the same rev limit on the current engine and setup but with a bigger charger and that makes 454bhp restricted.

454 that must be a bit of a weapon mate? What’s it like for traction? Any box issues ? I’d like to make the 400 it’s claimed but if I Rev to 7.800 it won’t make that and I don’t want to over spin the charger much there not a cheap thing to fix Wink

It can be a weapon when it's wound up.
I've had the box internals strengthened and to be honest I'm very mechanically sympathetic with it.

Traction wise, it's fine, don't have any bother at all.
