I was led to believe there is no sump gasket on the GTI engine, but I see Spoox sell one, I'm just after taking my sump off to clean it and reseal it as there is loads of leaks on it, Is it worth a punt or should I just use some sealent, can anyone recommend a good one as I've never done this job before, need to do the cam covers as well but that's a job for a different day, Thanks Trevor |

aluminium sunp only needs sealant, the gasket was for the steel sump, though you can use sealant on them too.I wouldn't buy it from spooks anyway, Autodoc or my local engine reman place or gsf even will be cheaper. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

thats because this engine never used them, so nobody will list one.look under diesel or 205 and you will see them ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |
