I've got the chance to get a '6' to strip keeping some parts and selling others.

Anyone know somewhere in the North West where I could put it for a week or two to strip?

If you have a driveway you could strip one fully in 4-6 hours and get it removed the same day if you have a place to store the parts.

Might go down to sellers and try to strip in one day then bring back all parts in a LWB Sprinter van.

Whats the eadiest and fastest way to cut off a rear quarter panel?

what are you aiming to do - save important bits to make a quick £ or..?

if you're after fast money then i'd go down in a van with an engine crane and tool kit, and:
- keep seats, engine/box/loom complete, rear beam, exhaust, wheels, any interior bits you can quickly scavenge, then have shell scrapped

some of the smaller stuff will sell but takes a while and you have to tolerate bellends showing up at 11.45pm for a door which they haven't got room to fit in their boot

i've stripped my full running gti6 in the morning early and kept the above bits plus every small bit i could inside and threw them in my loft for random ebay and forum people. by 12pm the car was collected as a shell by crane. the car netted me £1400-1500 profit and i kept the engine for my 205.

i've done it a few times, it's only easy when everything comes off quick and you have storage space.

It's not a complete car so has the engine, seats, and rear beam removed already.

I'm after the rear bumper, tailgate, doors, bonnet, front wings, and anything else I can remove and bring back in a van.

What's the fastest and easiest way to cut off a quarter panel on site?

There is an easy way to get it out fast... or do you need it in one piece?
