Peugeot 306 Rallye 1999 approx 104k miles - last Mot -Fail - October 20th 2010 car the off road due to cracked block - did not use antifreeze and left parked up over a bad winter freeze.
No history documents - some old MOT’s

V5 present with 6 previous keepers.

Interior is unmarked and standard - needs a good clean though - radio is missing

Body work is original paint needs a good machine polish and scratch in paintwork on rear O/S qtr needs attention or repaint, stickers have faded. couple of minor storage dents on the front wing that dent master can attend to easily while the wheel arch liners and headlights are off.

New Rallye bumper supplied as original has a small hole in the offside

Side skirts present and off the car - will need some fresh clips for re-fitting

Near side door mirror is damaged, replacement with white cover is present

Rear underbody has been stripped cleaned rustproofed and repainted with protective underbody shultz spare wheel and rack stripped and powder coated. Andy Williams reconditioned beam supplied, fitted with new backplates, Bilsteins and brake lines.

Front section suffered from serious corrosion on stiffeners and some jacking damage all this has been cut out and replaced with hard to find original metal ( took over a year to source) engine bay looked tatty, has been stripped and prepped and repainted by Ryan Enion at SPA Automotive ( just built a 306 Maxi so knows his way around these cars)

No body rust anywhere else underneath

All that remains is the tank straps are removed, blasted clean and recoated

Car came with 17” five spoke Boos wheels they look good but - one is damaged - I have sourced a set of cyclones and had them fully refurbished and balanced with decent tyres.

Original engine - cracked block comes with the car if required

Replacement engine is fitted with new cam belt, water pump, and LUK clutch and release bearing, car is supplied with original ECU and also an unlocked ECU for tuning if required

Gearbox - standard with new driveshaft seals - new selector rods

Both are fitted into the car and partially connected

Original radiator and replacement is supplied.

So what needs to be done to complete the project….

Connect all Engine wiring - water plumbing and exhaust pipe ( scorpion back box) all parts
All bulkhead lines are in some need to be fastened securely, I kept them loose to ensure everything went in correctly
present except air box and the bracket which covers the LH engine top mount
Connect gear selector, driveshafts and fill with gear oil
Clean up and fit front clip with new radiator - fit replacement Rallye bumper
Find a new horn bracket and refit - re connect engine wiring battery box etc…
Drain old fuel and check fuel pump
Fill up reservoir and beed the brakes
Replace bolts for lower ball joint ( new in 2010 but fitted with the wrong bolts) - fit wheel arch liners adjust tracking
Bodywork needs a damn good clean and professional machine polish. Old dirt has been removed and 1400 grit preparation however car was stored outside
Re fit replacement passenger mirror, body side skirts and exhaust and new decals - originals have faded
Clean up interior vacuum and wipe over- refit bonnet release handle - fit a radio or blanking plate if required
