I'm breaking a Xsara that had aircon.

Looking on service box, the pipes have a different number for the Xsara but appears to be cause the equivalent of the part number you are chasing comes in two bits on the Xsara, rather than one on the GTi6.

The pipe itself looks ok. However, I've no way of pressure or leak testing it. Provided I can get it off the car, I'd happily send it for you to inspect/test.

If it turns out ok, can talk about payment then.

Let me know as the car goes for scrap soon.

Thanks

I don't have any AC pipes but just to give you a heads up - you need the correct one for your car rather than either / or. The two part numbers here are different length pipes. Early cars have a longer pipe that joins to the rear pipes further back towards the bulkhead and later cars have a shorter pipe that joins closer to the front of the car near the AC dryer unit.

6457WX is the early longer one

646040 is the late shorter one
