This was a customers car who had me maintain and service it. I purchased it from him 5 years ago and it has never wanted for anything. Never let me down, real world 45-60mpg. Few dents and scrapes on body but mechanically its hard to find better. Interior tidy. Being the hdi it doesnt suffer from the heavy clutch like dturbos and gti6s. I have modded the clutch arm to make the clutch lighter still. Selling due to knee injury. Might have to get an auto

In the last 2k it has had recon rear axle 20mm torsion bars, lemforder axle mounts, exhaust, rear discs and pads, discs shields, hbrake cables, gti180 rear calipers.

known faults - recent developed wobble at 80, either wheel balancing or a driveshaft. Fan belt slight squeak on tickover. Central locking doesnt work off blipper. Aircon inoperative.

Far cheaper to run than any other modern diesel I can think of.
