My Rallye has developed a complete power loss at around 3500, it's as if the ignition has been switched off - total power loss and no throttle response at all.
I've done some basic checks and everything seems in order, a search on here has pointed towards a fuel pump fault, I can hear it prime when I switch the ignition on and the car sounds and runs sweet until I accelerate to 3500 rpm.
Has anyone had the same symptoms ?

Yep had simular used to get it just after filling up
The car had been repaired badly and the fuel breather pipe at the tank was bodged

Pump was ok now works well

Problem solved, silicone hose to the Viper air filter was collapsing due to a blockage further down the line !
