I want to change this pipe as it is very rusty and looks crap...

I was wondering what it is and whether by taking it out is fluid going to go everywhere, or am I going to have to bleed a system?

Doing a bit of googling makes me thing it is a vacuum pipe for the brake servo, which I assume doesn't have fluid running through it? Will it be a simple case of taking it off and fitting another one, also is this the part I need?
