Hi Guys,

I've had my brake discs and pads changed all round in the last couple of weeks, I've had the feeling one of my calipers is binding ever so slightly since and after having a look at the stuff I can see, I've noticed a clip seems to be missing from the top of the outer pad on the drivers side, I'm presuming is to retain the pad? See pic below;

Is this something that can just fall out or is it more likely that the garage didn't fit it in the first place?

Next question is are these clips available separately?

Ah OK thanks, how annoying! Is my best bet to just get another set of pads then?

Thanks Oliver, but I don't think they are the right type, mine look to be more like a small coiled spring which goes though the pad plate.

might only be fitted to one end of the pad, check the other 3 pads.

Just ditch the lot and put 6 brakes on it. Cheap enough to pick up and the difference is night and day. Thumbs up
