Just noticed the other two sensors are m14, shame this one isn't as I could have used a sump plug washer.

I got my temp sensor today but it didn't come with a seal, did your's come with one?

All the ones I've seen advertised, the pic's show the sensor with a seal.

Sorry delayed here. I think it did yes, can't really remember anymore

the sensor has a taper at the top of the threads like a sparkplug seal

I've just been out to change mine as i have the same symptoms
occasional stalling when hot....

Ah, that's good to know. I'm yet to fit mine.

Cully if yours wasn't fully clipped in it might be worth unplugging it and plugging it back in a couple of times just so the connector is wiped a few of times to clean the contacts of the plug because there might be a little correction from the bad seal from the connector not being fully engaged.

Mine has developed this issue the last few weeks but I only ever drive my rallye 2 miles a day work and back but when I do take it out for longer on the weekend it stalls when hot. But I can't be arsed to sort it. The car will be coming off the road at the end of this month maybe for a few years. But I'll be keeping an eye on the thread for updates on the issue
