Didnt think so
I fitted all new peugeot shocks springs cups bearings etc its been sitting since it was done some months back waiting for the new beam etc etc etc however when pulling forward with the wheel turned to the right on occation i get what sounds like a spring moving against the cup or something simular gives a twang then nothing
Any ideas all is brand new down there all are peugeot parts
Could it just be the spring seating only on the drivers side pass side also all new has no issue all is tight to correct torque settings have rooted around but cant find an issue ??? Any thoughts would be appreciated

Sounds like top mount bearings but you say they are new.

It doesn't necessarily need to be a top mount issue. It happens that springs move against their spring cups causing knocking or similar noises when turning or going over speed bumps, especially with lowering springs. That's the reason why the Eibach -30mm springs already have those silicone hoses pre-mounted on the spring ends. H&R for example doesn't supply them with new springs and many people in German forums complain about noises. They will send you a set of hoses for free though if you contact their support. I did that recently when assembling my B8 front struts and cannot complain about any noises! I have been told that Audi uses such hoses as standard on their cars.

Apart from the spring manufacturers themselves it is hard to find another supplier for them. I would ask Eibach in your place! The only seller in Germany I found was this: http://www.ebay.de/itm/H-R-Feder-Daemmschlauch-fuer-Federn-mit-Drahtdurchmesser-14-25-mm-L-1-Meter-Ol-/130823924989
It would probably be easier to know which kind of material it is and buy it by the metre.

For mounting you will need some oil to help it slide on the spring. Pushing compressed air between the hose and the spring should also do the trick.

I can also recommend to take the top mount bearings apart and pack them full of grease, even when new. This will reduce the possibility of water ingress prolonging their life and minimize any noise.

According to the TÜV expert opinion found on Eibach's website the springs have a diameter of 13,5 mm.
