Guys

As I sit and gradually plan my race car build, does anyone know if it is possible to get a fibreglass bonnet anywhere?

Alternatively, anyone in the fibreglass business willing to take a mould subject to a certain number of orders?

It is not an emergency, but as I have quickly realised, the 306 community is so good, compared to other forums, that everyone seems very helpful for the 306 cause.

This chap from Bristol called Wil can help you with any Fibreglass parts you require Thumbs up

It's all made in France & the best quality stuff I've bought yet at fair prices ...
He's been doing this as a side line for 20years ...

He's not got a website but can email you pics

You need to pay up front though ...mention Damien Whistle

I've not seen that one. the bonnet I have seen that he has on the race car the btcc replica has rs turbo vents that he fitted backwards to let air out and stop the bonnet raising in the middle like a parachute as it's only single skin

Yeah I though about this a while ago has there's a fibreglass prototype firm by me but couldn't imagine there being much of a weight saving. Be interesting to see the weights
