MY Heater Blower Is Always Spinning Soon As The Ignition Is On Only Slowly But Enough So You Can Hear It And Its Rather Annoying When You Dont Want The Heaters On Any Ideas????

Are you sure it's not the little fan next to the map reading light that's making the noise? (Not sure if it's on your car but it is on the Ph3)

my ph2 blower motor always runs, slowly even when switched off
was very annoying when it had leaves stuck in it

If you have AC and the auto setting on the fan controller. It will always run no matter what. Phase 3 or 2.
