Right so I just got back off holiday and the car had been rained on and was caked with sandy deposits so I thought I'd sort that out. So here's the finished photos. Hope you all like the old girl. Pretty good considering its got nearly 163,000 miles on it.

Cleaned mine too Big grin first time since it was last driven in august... Me and Aaron use similar products to be fair and both have decent paintwork for nearly 20 year old cars....

On my one we jet washed it with snow foam. (See my misfire thread recently)...
I acquired a spare inlet manifold and rocker covers and pete had them shot blasted and powder coated sparkle silver and also had my tired looking strut braces powder coated bright red to freshen it back up. He decreased and painted my throttle body and we lightly polished the part of the head you can see from the from. Then back to black of the plastics and rubbers and clean the underside of the bonnet.

Its a bit hard to say tbh mate I'd say 40mm front roughly but the rear is a lot lower as has 21mm bars and no weight over the rear at all.

When Andy built me my axle I got him to set it to 30mm lower than standard and it was up in the air. I then lowered it at least another 20mm to get it sitting right. Then upgraded to 21mm bars and it sat higher due to the stronger bars so had to drop it more. Maybe 60mm or more than that now but doesn't actually sit that low.

Just low enough to fill the arches Smile
