Looking to replace all of mine on a magnex system.

Go new pug parts or upgrade to poweflex or similar?

You mean the rubber ones? I've seen people pay out a load of money for powerflex ones only to have them split pretty quickly and them to wish they hadn't.

halfords cheap ones with a large jubilee clip around the outside works for me Wink

I don't think powerflex test their products to be honest. 1st iterations of them often fail, and only then do they adapt the design. They just make an OEM rubber shape out of poly and then start selling it.

I've got Powerflex on mine & they have split twice & take no more heat from Stainless Exhaust ...still melt ....don't bother with them ...waste of money ..only reason I've got mine is they replace them FOC each time ....but you have to send them off which is a pain
