Anyone got a spare trailing arm going spare?
I'm not bothered at all about the calliper or disc, or trailing arm shaft being there, just the arm and bearing assembly, the bearing doesnt even have to be in great condition. Either side will do.

So, if anyone has this, how much delivered?

Which side you after?

I have a beam off my old 6 but the Xsara one thats currently on had snapped nuts where the Disc shield should mount! (that's NS) so might use the arm off my old beam if i cant get the old threads out or Tap!

I'm only in Leeds so could collect?

It doesnt matter which side for me.

Do you mean you might mis-match a gti6 and xsara arm on one beam? I'd be careful if that is your intention as i think the xsaras have more toe so mixing would cause some funky handling.

Yeah collection would be possible if you do end up with a spare unwanted arm. Obviously i'll give you some beer tokens for it Thumbs up

I had no idea they had different Arms!
I know the Torsion bars were bigger and the Xsara one was seen as an upgrade over the standard one I can tell you it's a lot bloody heavier that's for sure! i'll see if I can get one pulled off!

I was thinking of stripping one down mainly to see how the bearing assembly all goes together then decide whether i should go to the effort of attempting to improve or make a fresh rear axle for the track car.

How much would you want for it Chris?
