Hi guys , just got my self another 6 after getting rid of my old one a few years ago , got my self a R reg diablo red gti6 looks like a p2.5 to me has the crystals but had plastic strips and bottom of the skirts and boot lid

the Boot lid has the plastic bump strip at the bottom and I don't like it can I change it for a p3 boot lid ??

also can I change the side skirts for p3 ones that are colour coded as mine has the black strip

Completely phase 2 and someone's put phase 3 crystals on it. But yes everything is interchangeable between phase 2 & 3

Front end ph3 colour coded ph2 will have a black trim as this should have

Tail gates only change in feature not structure however the electrics may differ slightly

Put a green one on it

Fogs will be crystal on a ph3 as well. Doesn't look like it has crystal fogs so suspect it's had a headlight change.

Very common, someone put crystals on my Rallye.

Bloody heathen..... Smile

ph2 rear spoiler is fixed through the glass not to tail gate
ph2 window switches are different with different door looms
ph2 central locking box is under the rear seats not in the dash
different oil pressure/reverse/MAP sensors (plugs)
