I have tried to remove my front bumper, started with the 2 10mm nuts on the drivers side, eventually got them off then thought now do the 3 easy ones across the bottom of the bumper...

So as I go to loosen them a clip holding the bolts in place (chimney clips) have all broken and I now have 3 spinning bolts...

Any tips or tricks as how to get the spinning bolt off, tried pliers to hold the clip with no luck and tried jamming a screwdriver next the clip to try and hold it with no luck to...
