I've just changed my complete lock set with just the glove box to finish.

Anyone know how to remove the lock without damaging it?

Yes mate open the tray two black plastic hinge pins at the bottom
Slide them out
Tray will come out its a little fiddly but ten minute job

Paid in.the arse lol they don't just slide out you have to prize them out from underneath with your head in the footwell but yeh 10 min job.

Tho glove boxes are very different if he you have AC or non AC....
