Way overpriced for what it is. Last one to sell on here went for around £1000 and my old one i only paid £450 so thats a lot to ask for what it is. so what if its a rallye that make no difference what so ever

Poor history different tones of paint , panels dont line up , overpriced and its red
And its listed by a motorfactors
I love the idea of a v6 but for 3.5k would have to be better spec condition

I've always wondered why the heck anyone would want to do this? Why take a nicely balanced fwd hot hatch and stick a big heavy, lethargic V6 in it?

Only positives I can see are torque and noise?

Unsure why the paint doesn't match as the whole car was painted, the front bumper I agree has gone out of shape.

Anyone would think I am sticking up for the guy, his last eBay advert p**sed me off so I listed it on eBay myself with the damaged photos of when I bought it, I had to take it down as I was getting so many emails it's untrue, that and Richard aka pug plus rang me up saying he was coming to get me LOL

I believe the doors where replaced with blaze yellow ones i can only guess that the new paint job was thin and is now giving a slightly different tone in colour just a guess mind

The car was all primered so it shouldn't have bled through. But anything is possible.

Trust me it's rough! All the panels are different colours and there's rot creeping in.

It has been bodged by Richard and I'd steer clear

I like the part at the bottom of the add which says

Please don't turn up expecting to see a show car.

I would want it to be a show car at that price

I could shed some more light on this car ... But ive said everything i needed to on this subject.

My personal opinion is its a great car (when it works) but in my personal opinion its not worth for 3.5k or the +4k i bought it for

Rapid, great engine and the noise at 4-5k rpm is superb.
Not a patch on the d9 engine though, those things can really shift...

The v6 block is ally so doesn't weigh any more than a 6 lump really but the gearbox is heavier. Not a terrible amount in it like you would think.

If it was perfect mechanically and mint paintwork it would be worth the asking price but from the sounds of it probably not even worth close to the asking.
