Right Christmas is done now back to the cars

List so far for the Rallye

New exhaust
New cyclones refurb
Fit heater matrix (again)
New bonnet
Std cams
Fit black masks and new slam pannell
Front end re spray
Polish up maybe sell on

Pretty much the same as me except I have an interior to put back in, subframe to go on, suspension to do!

Well I've never had a white Rallye but the circle is complete should be for sale soon ish

My jobs are:

Refit entire front end (subframe, hubs, everything)
Refit engine
Rewire car with new dash
Change rear wheel bearings and fit stud conversion
Fit fibreglass boot
Fit spoiler
Make and fit front splitter
Make brake ducts
Test it!

I've swapped engine looms in small bursts over the last few days, got to put the inlet manifold back on and see if it fires back up!
Other than that hopefully fit an oil cooler & some gauges.

My list is:

Remove engine and gearbox
Remove all car wiring and redo the interior looms along with new dash
Collect new engine and box
Fit said engine and gearbox
Fit my jenvey 45's
Get running on base map
And then finally off to mapping

It's an F2000 spoiler. You can find pictures of it online (on my phone atm so difficult to get photos)

Yep Christmas nearly done, two and a half hours in the kitchen and forty five minutes at the dinner table.
Not as long a list as you guys, but
Make a pressure regulator bracket
Then get the car to idle at lambda 1.0, 90 deg with the fan cutting in and out.
MOT in the new year.

Put a clutch in the Rallye as I killed it at silverstone last Friday, think the pressure o,ate rivet has failed like I have seen before, not a bad job but just can't be arsed.

Mines got to have

A 16 row oil cooler as the 13 ain't big enough.
New rubber beam mounts
Tarox g88 discs
New adjustable rear dampers
Color coded engine bay as mines a little dirty

Paint slam panel again
Fit oil cooler
Change rad
New boost pipe
Send discs away for refacing
Refurb calipers
Relocate boost gauge

Hopefully all in time to get some track time in this year Smile

Oh and tax it.
