Hey guys,
I'm wondering if someone can help here, I've read through the forum regarding this but I'm stumped..

Basically if you are driving along anything higher than 60mph, you can hear wind coming through the middle of the top of the door (drivers).. If you push the seal you can feel the wind coming through!

It hasn't let water in mind, I'm wandering whether it's the seal or if the door isn't sat right..

Anything I can adjust before attempting to find a new seal?

It's been like it ever since I had to sort the door loom when everything stopped working!

Any help is appreciated!!

Cheers.

Did you take the door off to fix !did you take off a hinge instead of removing the centre pivot bolt ???

My hdi had had the door bent over from the rear top corner by a pikey. Caused exactly that.

Yes I did take the door off but only removed the check strap and replaced it (phase 3).. All the hinges stayed put!

At a guess if its not letting in water and the only issue is at speed would suggest its just the seal gone soft as tvrfan suggested is the door stright are the surrounding gaps to the roof sill and back quater even if all are !!! Would replace the seal speak to pug306 has lots of cheap bits will have a spare im sure Smile

Got a bad feeling the door isn't quite straight to the frame..
Any way I can force it back?
Wind the windown down and push? Pikey style?

I'll give it a bash, but should the door be open or closed when I give that a go?

A trick is to get some very small rubber hose and feed it inside the door seal. makes it stiffer
