Ok so Ive purchased twin 45s for my 205 gti6 and now wondering how I go about getting them to run obviously I need to ditch the std ecu and loom but what do I go for instead ? Is there a plug and play system I can get hold of ? Assume I just need a loom and ignition ecu ?

Would the standard ecu not work just without the injectors fitted?

Also, i could be wrong but when using carbs don't you need to use a low pressure fuel pump to fill the bowls rather than the standard pump setup? Dunno

Fair play if they were cheap, they've always been pretty expensive when i've seen them for sale in the past. Plus, that noise! Love LOL

They should give power similar to bodies if they are jetted and everything is set up properly. Driveability should be ok. I cant remember off top of my head the jets in my 2ltr mi but i would go with 38mm chokes. There is a cracking book called how to build and power tune weber and dellorto carburettorsThumbs up
