Hi all does anyone know the detail with regards to part numbers
On the Rallye is map sensor part number 0 261 230 034 black label but i cany find a replacement all i an find is 0 261 230 057 blue label
And have noticed a few people selling the second taken off of gti6 to sell on breaking etc is the second an update replacement or are the first
Is the black label still available new

Either will work. Just an updated part number. There is nothing special about the rallye engine management - its the same as the GTi6. In fact the same sensors are used on loads of Peugeots and Citroens, diesels, V6 etc etc as long as they aren't multiplexed

As long as it's oval plug with 3 pins. I've had this issue before

Later GTi-6's came with a different MAP sensor which had a different plug. Just make sure you order an earlier one. Thumbs up

Cheers guys have ordered one from autoparts they are selling bosch ones at the moment for 30 buck it has the second part number mentioned will keep you posted as to its suitability incase any one else is looking

Job done works beautifully tis the correct part blue label

So just to cap
If you have 0 261 230 034 black label bosch map sensor
Your new required part will be
0 261 230 057 blue label bosch map sensor
