These are the correct ones, last week I purchased 16 x FEBI 30400 bolts from ebay, as after speaking to my local Citroen dealer it gave me no confidence that the bolts they wanted to sell me had a loose washer.

Just wish I'd seen these as I paid £38 for 16 and then they only sent 15!

If you can wait, 16 x can be had for £27.71 but they come from Germany:
