Sorry to be nosey But any reasons other than it's not sold to break it ?

Sadly this seems to be getting more common & happening lots when cars go over certain money ....so many great cars with amazing specs have been sold ....
I really hope it doesn't get broken but it's yours to do as you feel Nick !

Understand you get more broken ...but how can you keep the Engine & Charger & make money back ????

Yeah we have bought another gold gti we are turning in to track car over the winter, but looking at our options with the engine going bodies or super charger, if he can't sell it we will strip it and use the engine as we want more power lol

The high boost one is my sons weekend joy ride

Understand 100% now ....
I'm getting mine handling better first Thumbs up

Russian Guys seems to have been the best ?
Had a near stnd ish engine

Sandy Brown who knows his stuff said to me sort a great chassis out before having more power ....told me to spend my money on much better suspension & stiffen the chassis up with a proper welded in Roll cage as I'm on the limit ...and it would be a waste of time having one of his engines before sorting chassis out ....

That's what I'm talking to people about now ...lots of weight removed since you saw me on Combe track ....proper roll cage & up related suspension yet again for next year Thumbs up

Russian guys? what?

Good luck with the handling mate Smile our handling was good and we've got more stuff to add as we are building this one....

we found we didn't have enough power though... you was leaving us with your bodies and 2 sets of injectors mate, so we at least need a little more... did you have cams?

Russian guys Car ....take a look at his old thread as he's no longer a member ...his suspension was £2.5k

NO my engine internally is 100% stnd
The car was heavy then ...120kgs lighter now !

I believe Sandy Brown & Jenvey defo made loads of diff usable power wise ...
My Plate diff & suspension inc amazing tyres allowed me to use 100% of my cars power last time I saw you ..

My car does lack a small amount of power on the semi straights but it more than makes up for it around the rest of the track ...Combe I mean.....
My Car NOW just can't go any faster without cage Chassis stiffening & better Suspension ...I'm a lot quicker around Combe now than I've ever been ....to the point I'm thinking for the first time ....a cage is needed to stay alive....

I read & listen to those who have been there & tried it ....Miles / Mei / Ash / Sandy / Russain Guy ....his car was the best handing car ever ...I'm told by people Thumbs up

Ensure you don't get a bolt together cage then and just weld the mounts in. They flex a lot with the chassis on the bolted joints. So unless you weld all the tubes to the car with big gussets you'll gain vert little extra stiffness.
