Hi Gents,

Seen a few ported bits n bobs (namely inlet manifolds) on ebay and now facebook groups etc... are these worth investing in on standard engines, or do you generally need fancy mapping etc to reap the rewards?

Keen to hear views as I dont want to go silly but some additional throttle response/poke wouldnt go a miss...

ive ported my std throttle body throttle responce is well sensative now with better top end

doubt it has any significant difference in actual bhp/torque.

I wouldn't pay for it.

i just seem to get buying fever and want to but bits for the pug all the time, its a condition i tell you!
