How much air will this ram into the engine? Will it damage the pistons?

I just rammed some rubbish into a bin that was too full and it caused the liner to split. Carrying this analogy over, I'm concerned about splitting the engine block.

    Please allay my fears.

Will this clamp straight onto the throttle body mate? If it will I'll take it for my 205 gti6!

no, the gti6 TB is slightly too wide. you will need a reducer elbow thingybob. I bought it for the same reason but ended up not doing anything with it

Fair enough! Off the top your head do you know the diameter of the 306 throttle body? I'll have a quick search and see if I can find a suitable elbow thingybob!!

about 76mm from memory so you'll want a 76-70mm 90 degree reducer i believe, so this wil stick on the thin end, and the thick end goes over the TB

it will, but you need a reducing/enlarging pipe as mentioned above, as it's too small to fit direct to the throttle body. my other one for sale is a better option for that

they're both the same quality really, you'll notice no real world difference. the other one is ready to fit with one of the reducers direct to the TB, where as this ramair one is just branded so a 'make', but needs a pipe
