Chaps,

I have an opportunity for someone to buy a freshly built high-boost engine, at a discounted price.

I have a donor engine here, and a lot of the parts in stock, which I could do with selling, so I thought the best way to do it may be to put all of the parts and engine to use together.

The parts used / supplied are:

Wossner Forged Alloy Low Compression Pistons / PEC Forged con-rod package
ACL Heavy Duty Big End Bearings
ACL Heavy Duty Main Bearings
Thrust Bearings [0118 F4]
Crankshaft Oil Seal [cambelt end] [0326 22]
Crankshaft Oil Seal [flywheel end] [0127 28]
Lynx Power Engineering MLS head gasket & bolt set - stainless core, spring-steel out layers, individual fire rings
Timing Belt Kit inc. All Tensioners [0831 48]
Uprated Waterpump
Seal for Oil Drain Cover [Flywheel End] [0147 12]
End Bearing Cap Seals [0127 05]
Camshaft Oil Seals [0236 44]
Oil Cooler Seal [1104 24]
Thermostat Housing Gasket [1340 33]
Thermostat Gasket [1340 48]
Oil Filter [1109 T0]
Inlet Manifold Gasket [0349 G1]
Exhaust Manifold Gasket [0349 F4]
Valve Stem Oil Seals [0956 38]
Exhaust Manifold Studs [0355 68]
Exhaust Manifold Nuts [0341 22]
Oil pump sprocket - later single-piece type [0513 78]
Oil pump sprocket 'O' ring [0514 92]
Oil Pump Chain [1033 10]
Autojoint AJ66 Sealant for sump, cam carriers etc [9731 AR]
Graphogen Assemembly Paste [protects bearings on first start up until oil system primes, won't run off like oil]

The following machine work will be carried out:

Cylinder Block Boring/Honing [diamond hone, plateau finish]
Cylinder Block Decking [to clean up gasket face]
Crankshaft Journal Inspection / Polishing
Cylinder Head Skimming
Re-cut all Valve Seats [SERDI 3 angle], and re-grind all Valves to suit
K-Lining of worn Valve Guides [to restore to original internal diameter]
Reconditioning of Oil Pump

Labour items completed will be:

Labour associated with engine strip and re-build
Shot blasting of sump, front oil seal carrier, cam carriers and rocker covers
Painting of cylinder block, including supply of black VHT paint

This would normally cost £3,000.

I will do this one for £2,500.

It can be sent anywhere in the world on a pallet if required (at extra cost).

I will upload some photos of another one I did to exactly the same specification shortly.

Kind regards,
Rich

BTT.

I can have another one of these available for anyone interested?

Could be built with high comp pistons instead if required.

Cheers
Rich.

Some are still available, some aren't. For ones that aren't, I use King lead-copper bearings which are also good Smile
