Guys,

Figured out from reading something happened to the Rallye Register. Seems some data was saved but corrupt. Someone on the PSC forum was trying to revive it. Can't ask any questions on there (think I need to be a member??)

Anyone know what the latest is?

Carl Chambers has whatever's left of the old one. I'd be more than happy to help setup / organise a new one.

Same, I can give current and previous Reg's Thumbs up

Pretty certain the current owner of my old car was talking about this on Facebook with Carl a few months back.

Thanks fella. Send me the info when you get a minute....

I think I'll start another thread on this once I get my info straight. Away at the moment and working on my tablet. Have a list of registrations that are in no particular order other than the order in which I found them.....I'll get the order straight them post them up.

I have 104 at the moment, so a little over 20%! A couple of them are partial reg numbers from where I could only make out bits of it from pictures etc

What kind of format was the Rallye Register in? What info did it hold for each car etc?

In terms of information I think the only thing that's good to know is the plate, current owner, how long they've owned it and the status of it (see below)?

There was some talk about holding the VIN number of the car as number plates change etc. but getting hold of that information and storing it safely is more work.

EDIT: No point sending it over, nothing I don't mind sharing publicly tbh!

T923 VAP (on private plate currently) - cherry - Bought in June 2012 - On the road
T330 SET - cherry - Bought in August 2012 - Race car so SORNed and never likely to go back on the road
T736 RTE - cherry - Bought in January 2014 - Race car so SORNed and never likely to go back on the road

Is it worth posting photos as well? Might be nice to have a record of each car?

Thanks Dan.

I've toyed with the idea of storing pictures....not sure how you'd do it here.....maybe stored some where though.

The info I'm finding is already throwing out some interesting stuff....one rallye came up for sale approx a year after it was for sale before but with 15k less miles!! No mention on the later add of a clocks change....

Storing the miles is probably a good bit of info to know as well.

Mei, can you ask him if he'd be prepared to send them on to me? Would make sense rather than having to start all over again....
