Failed an MoT today, one of the failures being 'insecure headlights'. Admittedly they will move if you really wobble them because the bottom mounts are commonly broken. Nothing severe though IMO - but I'll have to figure something out for the retest.

Before I go and fire some 2" wood screws to an L bracket on each, has anyone done this before with ingenious components I may have overlooked?

    Just taken the grill off and the nearside headlight was missing the inner bolt - so just the top holding that in.

    Offside - inner mount section completely sheared off and missing LOL
