Hi does anyone have a base map for a dta s series ecu? I've spoke to dta and they say they don't have anything like that.

Cheers

Mine won't do that, its for cams+bodies. You got the DTA Swin software? Its really intuitive, just go through it all and select the correct options for your engine. Are you on a standard flywheel?

I do have the software and i started a new map but things like the fueling values i'm not sure what to set them at just to get it started. I'm using Rich_W's lightened flywheel so standered teeth.

I won't be using the same injectors. What do you guys think about having it mapped in the rollers before its ran in? I might just have to go on rollers for simple map to get me rolling

Rich's map will be ok to get it running, just listen to the engine, it won't be far off at idle, probably wouldn't go above 3k rpm though. You can adjust the fuelling to suit just by listening to the engine. A base map wouldn't be any good to drive it on anyway.

If you have a lambda running you can adjust fuelling from that too.

What S series ECU is it, and what injectors, FPR and MAP sensor are you using?

Are you using a wideband lambda?

On DTA you don't normally - it has pre-determined scales for most common MAP sensors, you just need to choose which one.

The map I have may work, but depends on the items I have asked about, as these are critical to air metering and fuelling.

Hi guys, Right My ecu is a Dta s80 pro. I'm using a 4bar fpr with a 4bar kms map sensor(1bar atmospheric and 3 bar positive boost) injectors are next on my list to buy but i need to confirm with the mappers what injectors to go for but its looking like im going asnu 700-800cc injectors. 450bhp is what i'm aiming for However i do have a set of std injectors which i could stick in if required.

I'm using 660cc injectors with a DTA S60 Pro making 454bhp.

Do you really need 700-800cc ones?
