I'm trying to find out what the correct label is to transport petrol...as far as I understand it's a red diamond but is petrol a class 2 product? There are various red flammable labels but they have different class numbers on them and I'd like to get the right one of course.

Internet seems a minefield of conflicting information on this.

i tend to just whack it in a spare coke bottle or big lucozade bottle, they seem fine for transporting it in the boot of my car to and from motocross sessions in the woods

What about a paper cup and just wedge it between the driver seat and the centre console?

Or put it in an upturned tophat and tip it carefully into the tank upon arrival?

Why don't you just freeze it at home and just transport blocks of frozen fuel in cool boxes?
