Is there anyone clued up on how these things are totally useless?
The issue I have is that I cannot use the buttons to unlock the car Thumbs down

I've read countless threads online that say do this, then do that but they never work.
The car does unlock and lock using the door, manual central locking is fine.
Oh and battery is fine before anyone asks Thumbs up

code can be gained from the main dealers via VIN or via websites selling them

be warned though the ECU and security module(BSI type thing) must be the original fitted to the car from new

a VIN decode wont work on a car that has had an ECU/security module replaced, this is likly to happen if a lock/immo/RClocking change has been done with parts from a scrap yard/car

So will a main dealer be able to tell me the pass code if I give them my VIN number?
