I've a got a kd. It's better than an omp imo but is very hard to find. All the others apart from kd and omp seem pretty flimsy.

I've also got a KD. Definitely makes a difference compared to the Etech on the road car.

Yeah, I had an Etech and noticed no difference. I have the omp and it was decent but I do prefer my KD.

Etech ones seem pretty cheap and flimsy OMP ones will do the job or make your own

don't need to tension it, just hold the struts where they're meant to be.

I was going to at one point when I 1st made it but my rallye come off the road I lost intrest in the car because the engine is f**ked and I couldn't afford to do anything to it but I refused to sell it. I've owned it for 8 years and it's been off the road for 4 years now but it's come out soon I've been slowly working on it these last few weeks

Fair enough. Tbh, if you did start making them you'd make enough cash to fix the rallye. I keep meaning to make these. I've made about 8 and everyone loved them but just can't be arsed. Still, just bought a welder for at home so may start knocking them out. Smile

Once I've got a pipe bender at home I shall probably start knocking them out. Will be a while though, I got loads of other stuff to weld in cars 1st. LOL

Anyone had any experience with these? Anyone know if they fit more importantly?

That looks good, nice and simple; like a factory part. It looks potentially more rigid than an OMP, and I agree no need to tension - the adjuster just makes a brace less rigid and heavier.
