Ive done this before and dont remember it being an issue.... But basically i cant get a socket on the gearbox sump plug. Have i had a braindump or what? The subframe is too close basically.

Ideas? Tips?

21mm spanner normally does it fine buddy

don't they have the square socket in the bottom too?

    I cant even get a socket on it!. Also i think the allen key is 9m or some odd size? Going to get a 21mm spanner i think ( i must have bought one last time?) Thought i had one but cant find it...

    8mm if its hex or square.

    Ah yes indeed. Its square isnt it. Bought another 21mm snapper in tge end.

    Night and day having the proper peugeot stuff in a rebuilt gearbox. Smooth as silk changes. Love it.
