The motors is working if i use direct feed from the battery,
i replaced the Bitron Ecu with new one and they still silent,
i checked the fuses in the box near the battery and replaced the burned ones.
still want start,
i pulled the brown temperature sensor thermistor and nothing,
if i feed the #5 relay socket directly from the + in the battery it should switch one of the fans ?
what other choices i 'v left with ??

I have a similar scenario but just with one fan, make sure you share anything you find :-)

I will.
i think i got it it now, i need to feed only the socket of leg #5 of the right fan relay
since the right fan motor is grounded directly oppose to the left fan motor.
if it wont operate the motor than there is 2 options :
1) No continuity between the relay and the motor.
2) the motor don't have earth.

Tried the wire feeding to right socket #5 now,
as a result both fans spun immediately.
conclusion:
1) there is grounding.
2) i don't need to disassemble the radiators again (what a relief!)
3) the relay died or there is other discontinuity between the battery and the relay.

That's v interesting thanks, when you say grounded directly opposite the motor do you mean the one on the chasis leg under the battery tray?

I guess.
it's difficult to track the ground wire from the motor to it's grounding, the two wire is warped
together with isolation tape than it enters plastic tube, but your guess look very reasonable.
i stuck now with burned multimeter, but reading past text in other forum i published 2 years ago,
i founded that i had the same problem and back then it was faulty relay, one of the 2 black that
located in the plastic box besides the battery.

what you mean by "shunt box" ?
is it the one near the battery or the one beneath the steering wheel ??

and why do i need to check the earth fuse after i checked the motors with direct feeding ?
if the earth fuse burned the motors wouldn't spun.

no fuse on the earth but yes if you gave power and they work then the earth is fine.

The problem solved finally !
my mechanic found what i was aware for all that time but didn't consider as problem,
checked and replaced it,
it was one of the fuse holders in that box by the battery, disable it and wired new one independently,
with a little bit of soldering.
