Selling on behalf of a friend. Basically, he lost his license 2 years ago and its sat on his drive since. It still cleans up well as its been waxed with diamond bright. It had an engine rebuild just before losing his license but unfortunately, never got a reciept for the work (hence price). The car was a great runner before he parked it up and he has spent a few hundred since its been sitting there. Since he cant afford the car now he's got a 1.1 106 and just needs to get rid of the car. If no-one buys it, it will get scrapped and i think that would be a shame as someone might make a good car/track slag out of it.
As said, the car has been sat for about 2 years so i dont want any one kicking the tyres. As with most private sales, you wont get a guarantee so serious interest only. The car is priced to sell, not to haggle. I will try to get a pic uploaded but it just looks like all the other silver clio 172's.

He said it hasn't run in a year and last time it was running, he said it sounded like it was mis-firing. Also said he's got no pics but it is tidy, just needs a clean inside and out Thumbs up

    You should buy it. Sell the front and rear seats and there's your £150 investment back. Headlights are nearly that again. Then the wheels another £150. Gearbox another £150.

    I actually done a deal with one lad for £200 then my mate selling the car went behind our backs and sold it to someone else for £300. Should have just put it on Egay really. If i knew of all the new parts on the car i would have offered it at least £300. Hey ho, selling cars can be a nightmare.
