Does anyone know where I could get a technical drawing of a crank pulley (HDi) or does anyone have a technical drawing they could kindly email me.

are they timing holes?
i thought they where for balancing purposes Shock to counter balance for the key way, maybe i'm wrong. Please correct me if i'm wrong Doh

tell that to Peugeot, they put solid pulleys on many of the HDI's.

I've never seen one, all the ones I've come across have an outer ring, rubber glued to the inner part of the pulley.
They look like a one piece but actually are two parts. I'll see if I can find my old photos of my failed one.

Ive had lynx alloy pulleys on my 2 HDI for 5 years now no problems
