306 GTI6 Race Car.

Hi all I'm selling my 306 gti6 race car.

This car has been ultra reliable, finishing all 4 races I've entered. The car complies MSA blue book rules. Fire extinguisher, seat and harness are all in date. The car flies through scrutineering every time and is ready to race.

The car also comes with an extensive spares package:

The car:
* OMP rollcage with side bars fitted.
* Corbeau Forza Sport Race seat (in date)
* Luke 4 pont harness (in date)
* Plumbed in Lifeline fire extinguisher (in date)
* Race steering wheel and boss
* Half dash
* Fully polybushed front end
* Cut off switches
* Battery relocated to passnger seat
* Lexan rear screen and perspex side windows
*Gaz GHA coilovers, front and rear
* Track rod ends, bottom ball joints and drop links changed a year ago (3 races)
* Hubs machined by AllanAllan and new bearings fitted. This now give approx 2-3 degrees of camber
* Solid rear mounts
* 21mm torsion bars
* 15mm eibach spacers
*Suspension professionaly set up
* Team dynamics wheels with R888 tyres (50% worn)
* Vortex centre exhaust section and scorpion rear box with decat. Sounds really nice but not too loud( passes noise testing easily)
*Totally standard engine and gearbox (reliability) except for K+n filter
* Quickshift and lightened flywheel (as stated by previous owner, so I cant verify this as have never had the gearbox out)

The car has a few marks, which you would expect from a race car.

Spares package:

O/s and n/s silver doors with door cards, glass regulators etc..., 2 silver side sills, silver bonnet, spare block inc pistons, crank etc.

Sump,Gearbox, 2x Inlet manifolds, 2x exhaust manifolds, 2x cylinder heads with standard cams, Hubs, Steering rack, 2x Team Dynamics with A048 tyres,

Silver front and rear bumpers, Front panel, 2x front headlights, 4x tail lights, Nearly new Nissens radiator, Starter motor, n/s and o/s driveshaft, Alternator, P/steering pump, Master cylinder, Cooling fans.

Air bag, ABS pump, horn, rear wiper motor, A/c Rad, Oil pump, Interior trim, Instrument cluster, Wiper motor and linkage,2x coils

2x discs, ECU with matching keys, 2x front wings in silver, 2x lower arms, Front brake calipers.

As you can see there is a very extensive spares package which you could keep or sell to make the race car very cheap.

I'm after £3500 for the lot. I may sell the car on its own but will not be selling bits and pieces from the spares list.

If interested call Mark on 07816443838

Hi the cars now on ebay if you want to check the link below. All the spares are listed on this forum but not on ebay, so you may have more of an indication on what there is, cheers.

Find space! I'm sure you can find a lock up around here, they used to advertise them for rent on the A13 Stanford bypass. Vested interest - if you buy this then I can't (mine is still being built).

Mark, would it be easy to put back on the road?

Hi teej, it wouldnt take a lot to put it back on the road, as I've still got the log book. I don't know where you'd stand with regards to having a single race seat and harnesses for mot.

If somebody has the time to sell all the spares through here, then they will get a very cheap ready to race car.

Maybe.

I'll be listing up some of the spares soon. I'm likely to be keeping the bits that will help me run my Rallye, but will definitely let go the engine bits, manifolds, rack, doors, bonnet, cooling fans, air con rad.

I need to get a clue on prices, but if anyone wants bits in the meantime just drop me a PM.

I won't be breaking the car, it's filling a space in the garage until my Rallye is race ready. I'd listen to decent offers for it, because it will have to go again at some point in the next few months to free up space. I will be doing bits and pieces to it in the meantime, to get it road legal again, but I won't do anything that will de-spec it or mean that it couldn't be raced.
