Hiya fella's

Just replaced the drop links..bottom ball joints, discs and pads plus the coil springs on my 6...the problem I have is that there is a floating feeling when I drive it and I have double checked the strut position sitting in the hubs on both sides and they are both in place...that feeling is doing my nut in cos I want to take her on the bendy roads for a good run but feel it is a bit dangerous with this s**te going on...any help or advice is appreciated.

but that was last week, and you say you "just" got the balljoints springs etc done, so you'll need to do it again.

I had same thing with tyre pressures of all things. tightened up all the suspension renewed and it felt terrible on turn in and soaking up bumps. set tyre pressures and was sorted. though it did develop a floaty rear beam not long after when entering roundabouts at speed.. ..

Did someone inflate your tyres with helium? Garages are renowned for doing that to make you bring it back for more work
