I bought a set of top mounts, and the coilovers etc came attached. I figured they'd be handy for spares, but what are they?

Numbers on top springs are 180-50 1001, on damper body is 60 PE 01FR then Auftr NO : 1005

A quick google has thrown up a couple of leads, but I was wondering if anyone on here has seen these before?

Never even heard of them!

The code on the body threw up a reference to KW, the one on the strut to some H&R springs. What lb-age are standard front springs? Will the helper springs affect damping rate?

I've got no intention of using them, except for as a last resort.
