Assuming it hasn't been welded up or something crazy, it will have just seized. Seen it happen on many. Get a BIG slide hammer! Otherwise, speak to Jord Wink

sounds like you've disturbed the bearings and they've collapsed, or its just seized.

Nah not been welded. And the problem is that the bars didnt move at all (I expected this anyway).

So I put it all back together ok no problem, but now the ride is really bouncy/crashy???

But I didnt remove the bars or anything so why is it now really bouncy/crashy.

The bars being seized is not the problem its the ride quality now but all idid was unbolt arb and pipe/cable holding bracket and bolt it all back up.

not sure why the ride has gone so bouncy??

just a quick one, about to get back in the workshop to see if anything I can do before I fit the beam I have spare tomorrow??

all I did was unbolt and refit??

gonna do same again just to check its not something that can be rectified as it never had an issue before.

*edit*

right dropped the rear shock bolt undone brake pipe bracket both sides, the arms are free as a bird move up/down easily??

could it be how I raised both arms to bolt shocks up??

il soon tell you il give it a go!

well no such luck gotta go home now Sad

it feels like there is to much torsion if you see what I mean, the ride is really stiff like there is no suspension on the back at all just the tyres bouncing????

im so confused as I didn't actually move anything but the anti roll bar and unbolt shocks and brackets then put all back together and now really hard.

arms are free when unbolted from shocks any help before I chuck my spare beam on,probably me doing something wrong when moving arms up to bolt shocks on...I just have very little experience with these bloody beams lol

Standard ones Im not sure what make but they are ollllddddd lol
on that point they tho are very hard to compress when pushing on them with the top bolted still??

Ishould replace them really. Maybe they have been fine untill I unbolted, now fully out have seized up??

I may try a pair of new ones tomorrow.
